Service Description
We mothers are incredibly good at holding it all—for our children, our families, and the many roles we carry. Over time, that constant holding can take a toll on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Even when we’re doing “all the right things,” it can still feel overwhelming. This gentle breathwork experience is an invitation to take a sacred pause - and fill yourself for a change! In a supportive, safe space, you’ll be guided to slow down, come back into your body, connect with your breath, and release some of the tension and stress you’ve been carrying. We’ll support the nervous system in settling and restoring a sense of flow and ease. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, calm, and nurtured, with a few simple tools you can return to whenever you need to take a breath.
