Meet Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families during the transformative journey of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I understand how tender and complex these life transitions can be, full of both possibility and challenge. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds when we feel deeply seen, heard, and supported.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. I draw on mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-inquiry practices to help clients develop a greater sense of connection to themselves, their relationships, and the deeper wisdom that lives within them. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and often incorporate parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients develop compassion, understanding, and integration between the different aspects of themselves.

My path toward specializing in perinatal mental health emerged organically through both personal and professional experiences. I approach the reproductive and parenting journey with deep respect for its emotional and spiritual dimensions, and I hold reverence for the courage it takes to navigate these experiences in one’s life. I am especially passionate about supporting clients in exploring how cultural identity, intergenerational patterns, and ancestral stories shape their sense of self and their experience of parenthood.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied voice at Berklee College of Music and continue to be moved by the power of creative expression. I love helping clients reconnect with their own “voice,” however that may manifest, as truth, intuition, expression, or agency. I hold the belief that innate wisdom lies within each of my clients and together we can uncover, understand, and embrace the full complexity of who you are. I would be truly honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
Outside of my work, I spend my time with family and friends, maintain a consistent workout routine, enjoy creating and experiencing live music, listening to podcasts, travel to places near and far, and make sure to get a healthy dose of sunshine by spending time exploring the outdoors.
