DEEPEN YOUR GRIEF INTEGRATION THROUGH COMMUNITY, THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION, CEREMONY, AND RITUAL WITH TWO LICENSED THERAPISTS

This is an experience for:
Female and non-binary adults mourning a death loss.
​This loss may be recent or from the past.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
​This trip is aimed to help alleviate stress around the holidays and the influence this particular time of year may have on grief. We will help participants bolster resourcing skills and process feelings in community.
Participants can expect morning mindfulness and movement, day explorations, ample solo time to reflect, therapeutic activities, group connection and therapy, and warm nourishing meals.

Trip Information

Co-facilitated by Brooke Shaffer, LPC and Marley Miller, LPC, PMH-C
Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from trailhead outside of Winter Park, CO as well as any snow shoes or yak tracks that they would like to use. It is a 2.7 mile trek into hut location.
All experience levels welcome. Must be able to carry 45 lbs while hiking.
