Meet Nicki

Hello, there. I’m Nicki. I am so glad you’re here.

Deciding you need more support can be such a vulnerable moment. By searching for a therapist who feels like the right fit, you are one step closer to finding more ease, relief, acceptance, and connection in your life.

I am dedicated to supporting women and couples across the full spectrum of the reproductive lifecycle, with a focus on the perinatal and perimenopausal periods, and the particular challenges of infertility and loss. I provide compassionate care during some of life’s most complex and tender experiences, helping women feel informed, grounded, and empowered throughout these significant transitions.

I want to make sure you feel comfortable, secure, and confident in our work together. I foster this by infusing our work with authenticity, vulnerability, and gentle guidance so you feel empowered to care for yourself and others.

LCSW, MPH, PMH-C

With graduate training in both social work and public health, I take an integrative, holistic approach that fosters emotional safety, adaptive coping, and self-compassion. I am committed to supporting individuals and couples during this particular phase of life because — despite having been obsessed with pregnancy, birth, and babies my whole life — through my own challenges and pain of loss, grief, postpartum anxiety, and dysregulation, I know firsthand how grounding it can feel to be heard and witnessed in your journey. Though our stories are all unique and intricately our own, my experiences have afforded me shared understanding and deeper empathy when guiding you towards feeling like your best self.

When I am not supporting others, I support myself by spending time with my partner and daughters, moving my body and slowing my mind, traveling to new places, enjoying a page-turning book, and indulging in delicious food.
