Breathing Workshop
With Aimee Smith

Workshop Description
We mothers are incredibly good at holding it all—for our children, our families, and the many roles we carry. Over time, that constant holding can take a toll on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Even when we’re doing “all the right things”, it can still feel overwhelming.
This gentle breathwork experience is an invitation to take a sacred pause - and fill yourself for a change! In a supportive, safe space, you’ll be guided to slow down, come back into your body, connect with your breath, and release some of the tension and stress you’ve been carrying. We’ll support the nervous system in settling and restoring a sense of flow and ease. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, calm, and nurtured, with a few simple tools you can return to whenever you need to take a breath.

Aimee Smith is a trauma-informed breathwork-somatic guide and founder of Become Breathwork®. As someone who has lived through trauma, chronic illness, and the experience of raising a child with complex needs, Aimee understands what carrying too much can do to the nervous system—and how essential it is to restore safety and bring ease back into the body.
Through breathwork, somatic practices, and creative movement, Aimee supports women—particularly mothers and caregivers—in tending to what’s been held and remembering their resilience and inner fire. Her work complements traditional therapy and offers body-based pathways for grounding, self-nurturing, and nervous system support in everyday life.
