Mother & Daughter Therapeutic Backpacking Trip
Summer 2026
These trips are for Mothers & femme/female identifying teens between 12-20 years old. Co-facilitated by licensed therapists and experienced backcountry guides, Brooke Shaffer, LPC and Marley Miller, LPC, this trip will focus on fostering connection, trust, and community between each pair and with one another.
This trip is accessible to individuals who are able to carry 40 lbs. Previous backpacking experience is not a requirement.

Price of trip per mother-daughter pair is $2,700.
​This includes all meetings, group gear, food, & other administrative expenses.
