Mother & Daughter Therapeutic Backpacking Trip

This trip is for Mothers & fem/female identifying teens between 13-17 years old. Co-facilitated by licensed therapists and experienced backcountry guides, Brooke Shaffer, LPC and Marley Miller, LPC, this trip will focus on fostering connection, trust, and community between each pair and with one another.

This trip is accessible to individuals who are able to carry 40 lbs. Previous backpacking experience is not a requirement.

Trip Logistics Meeting

The Trip

June 26th - 29th

We will hike in and establish a base camp. The trip will be a combination of therapeutic activities and smaller hikes.

Price of trip per mother-daughter pair is $2,550.

This includes all group gear, food, & other administrative expenses.
